Who is a Re-enactor?
Collectors, Historians, Vehicle restorers, anyone who wants to feel like he
was back in the 1940's, in a barracks listening to Benny Goodman, or
slogging down a muddy trail keeping your eyes peeled for an enemy ambush.
If you've ever wanted to step back in time, to a defining moment in history,
then here is your chance. See for yourself on how they lived.  Educate
yourself and the public on what the combat soldier carried and ate.  Find out
how and where they slept.  Experience what they wore and how they stayed
dry. Try to live as they lived.

Who are we?
In the tradition of Revolutionary War and Civil War Re-enacting, the Second
World War Re-enactment Federation, we collect, preserve and share the
memorabilia and memories of those who served. Our organization strives to
uphold the traditions of the Infantryman on European soil between the years
of 1939 - 1945.

Our unit portrays a reconnaissance platoon of the 2nd Armored Division. Our
membership has grown to over 70 members, mostly from the mid-Atlantic
region. While we have members from the west side of the Mississippi, most
of our active members reside in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York
and Maryland areas. We attend air shows, living histories, parades, VFW
events and WWII re-enactments throughout the region. Most recently,
members of our unit participated in a documentary based on events in North
Africa during the Second World War.

Members of B Company, 82nd Reconnaissance, 2nd Armor Division spend
many hours and countless dollars researching, collecting and perfecting the
portrayal of B Company. We have just three rules within our unit, be as
accurate as possible, preserve the history of our fathers and have fun.
